Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our admission process

We recommend applying at least 3-6 months before the start of the academic year. Our main admission period runs from January to April for the following academic year, but we accept applications year-round based on availability.

The application fee is GHS 100 and is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your application. The assessment fee of GHS 150 is separate and will be charged when scheduling the entrance assessment.

The entrance assessment varies by age and grade level. For preschool, it involves basic developmental assessments. For basic school and JHS, it includes age-appropriate assessments in English, Mathematics, and general knowledge. The assessment helps us understand your child's academic level and learning needs.

Yes, we accept mid-year admissions based on space availability. The same application process applies, and we work with families to ensure a smooth transition for students joining during the academic year.

Tuition fees vary by grade level and are reviewed annually. We offer different payment plans including annual, termly, and monthly options. Detailed fee information will be provided upon acceptance. We also offer sibling discounts and early payment incentives.
